Course Description:
The back is a strong and flexible structure that is designed to support the body, protect the spinal cord and uses the muscular system to facilitate movement. At the same time our daily activities, overuse, aging and/or physical trauma can create back problems, which results in 90% of Americans being affected by back pain/injury and 50% of them will suffer more than one episode. In this workshop you will learn and practice hands on skills to quickly assess and address the underlying issues that cause back pain/problems. This workshop is tailored to expand your treatment approach and to effectively restore balance to your client's back health. 

Workshop Goals:
1) Identify relevant anatomy of the Back and Spine Region
2) Identify musculoskeletal problems in the anterior pelvic region and learn how it affects the lower back
3) Learn effective exercises and stretches for the lower back to help alleviate and control your client's pain
4) Practice and learn advance techniques for stubborn tension of the soft tissue and muscle energy techniques to assess and address the psoas, piriformis and QL muscles... And Much More
