Course Description:
Exploration of Movement focuses on opening restrictions in the body by exploring,supporting, and observingthe movement patterns of joints and muscles. Participants learn to recognize and paplatefunctional,inherent, and preferred movement capacity. This class has the potential to open up fascial restrictions, range of motion, and tension patterns. The application of exercises learned have a broad applicatioin across the breadth of Ortho-Bionomy® course work and other bodywork modalities.
