Ortho-Bionomy® Isometrics: Often structural imbalances are the result of unequal stresses of the musculature around the joings of the body. Through the use of isometric and isotonic techniques we can facilitate the relxation of hypertonic (tense) muscles while encouraging the toning of those with less tone (hypotonic). By enlisting the active participation of the client we can assist the self correction of postural imbalances and chronic pain pattersn, and gently create significant and long-lasting change.

Luann Overmyer has over 40 yrs experience with Ortho-Bionomy® and has trained and taught extensively in the field of body awareness, structural balance and wellbeing throughout the US, Australia, and other countries thoughout the world. She is the author of the book Ortho-Bionomy: A Path to Self-Care that has already been translated into several languages. She is an amazing teacher with an incredible depth of knowlege and experience. Her classes are engaging, informative, termendously practical and really a lot of fun. You will leave with skills that you can use immediately in your practice.

SUPPLY LIST: one fitted and one flat sheet, face-cradle cover, notebook, pen/pencil, personal face mask(s) required depending on requirements at the time of the class
