Course Description:

Ortho-Bionomy® Phase 4, The Basics: This foundational class covers the history and principles of Ortho-Bionomy® and specific positioning techniques to stimulate natural self-correcting neuro-muscular reflexes for all parts of the body. These techniques facilitate the release of pain and tension patterns, promote expanded range of motion, and offer a greater sense of well-being. This work is easy to learn, easy on your body, highly effective, and combines well with any system of health care. (No Prerequisites)

Learn non-invasive, indirect, gentle releases for the:
• Psoas, Ilium and Sacrum
• Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Spine
• Ribs, Shoulders, Elbows and Wrists
• Knees, Ankles and Feet 

Work more effectively with bones, joints, structure, whiplash, posture, scoliosis, reflexes and more:
• Build Assessment Skills
• Enhance the client's self-healing ability
• Gentle on both client and practitioner
• Easy to Learn, Practical, Hands on Classes


SUPPLY LIST: one fitted sheet, face cradle covering, pen/pencil, notebook is optional. (Face masks are therapists choice, yet could change based on local, state, or federal guidance)

Ering Long is an Advanced Practitioner and Associate Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy®. She discovered Ortho-Bionomy® in her own healing process. The long hours of sitting as a professionial violinist, decades of running, and the general accumulation of life impacted the health of her low back. Ortho-Bionomy gave Erin relief from her chronic pain and provided stability to her structure, it is now her passion. In 2014 Erin shifted her professional emphasis to the study of Ortho-Bionomy. Erin's sensitivity, creativity, and receptive nature helps her adapt to clients and students alike on thir own path of discovery and the wondrous healing powers of the body.
