Course Description:  Human beings are not separate from nature, we are nature. This is the fundamental principle of Ayurveda. From macro to micro, the wisdom of Ayurveda teaches us how to use nature as a reflection on the journey to healing ourselves and the healing of others. Ayurveda has a rich history as a bodywork practice. This course is designed as a beginner's immersion into Ayurvedic bodywork and how to implement it into your professional practice. 


Supply List: 2 Sheet sets, Blanket, Yoga Mat, Notbook, Pen, Water and willingness to learn! (Ayurvedic oils will be provided for bodywork)

Ayurvedic Bodywork Teacher, Businss Mentor, and Founder of the Lotus Room Ayurveda. Jenna began her massage therapy career in 2011 in a small room, tucked in the corner of an office suite. It was painted teal and she called it, The Lotus Room. Like all seeds, when planted in fertile soil, and cared for, this small room grew into two small rooms and then blossomed into a 7 room historic home in Nashville's beloved Hillsboro Village. It did not begin as an Ayurvedic oasis, but that was what it become.

Jenna was first introduced to Ayurveda through yoga teacher training and was immediately drawn to is intuitive and holistic approach to wellness. As an LMT, Jenna was in a unique position to study and facilitate is specifi bodywork practices.

Jenna has trained with traditional Ayurvedic healers in Southern Indiea, as well as in the United States at the California College of Ayurvedi and the Sevanti Institute. However, the majority of her education comes from the treatment room. Having facilitated Ayurvedic bodywork with clients and trained her team in this sacred healing offering for the past 8 years. The time has come to share this with the world, and so Jenna has developed this training for you to take home to your practice.
