Course Description: Isometric techniques offer the opportunity to work with inefficient muscular tension patterns, tone muscle tissue that has become flaccid, and smooth out any bumps or jittery grabs within the muscle spindles. The process is remarkably quick, 8-10 seconds, and offers a powerful tool to open stuck or contracted areas that do not respond to other techniques. 

Supply List: one sheet, face-cradle cover, pillow, notebook, pen/pencil, notebook is optional.
