- Mind Body Institute (MBI) shall not enter into revenue-sharing arrangements with any lenders.
- Neither MBI nor its employees will steer borrowers to particular lenders or delay loan certifications.
- MBI shall not request or accept from a lender an offer of funds to be used for private education loans in exchange for MBI providing the lender with a specified number or volume of federal loans or in exchange for placement on a preferred lender list.
- Officers, employees, agents of the school, and financial aid staff are prohibited from receiving gifts from a lender, guaranty agency, or loan servicer.
- Financial aid staff are prohibited from accepting compensation for any type of consulting arrangement or contract to provide services to or on behalf of a lender relating to education loans; or service on an advisory board, commission, or group established by lenders or guarantors, except for reimbursement for reasonable expenses.
