Course Description:
This class will cover a wide variety of treatment techniques to avoid overusing the thumb while performing bodywork. We will work from head to doe demonstrating and practicing a less thumb centricapproach to bodywork. We will spend the majority of the time working with a partner as we become more comfortable and familiar with using other parts of the hand and arm for massage. 

Supply List: Set of treatment table sheets (fitted/flat sheet, face cradle cover), and blanket for each day. "Lotion is provided. If you have skin sensitivites, please bring a lotion/oil that you know is safe to have used on your skin".
