Short Course Description:
This course presents the fundamental concepts & strategies of SynergeticTM Myofascial Therapy, which is inspired by the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, PNF stretching techniques, Resisted/active/ passive joint ROM & functional movements.

·          * The workshop addresses Upper Crossed Syndrome, which is based on postural dysfunction theories of Dr Vladimir Janda: chest, shoulder, spine, pelvis, and neck postural and movement dysfunction, and more. Synergeticä Myofascial Therapy includes a variety of easy-to-use advanced fascial therapy techniques, rocking, movement, functional assessments and stretching to solve pain and dysfunctional mobility patterns.

·          * Learn how to combine hands-on myofascial techniques with active client movements to create space and structural balance in the body.

·         *  Learn postural and movement assessments to better understand how to improve structure through specific applications of myofascial techniques. These skills will help you integrate fascial techniques into sessions for your clients.

·          * Learn how to work effectively with nerve compression in myofascia of the neck, chest, shoulder and back. How to create opening and space in the fascia to improve brachial plexus & cranial nerve flow.

Supplies: Shorts, (Sports bra/comparable for woman), sheet sets, note taking material; and no lotion applied to your body.
